เป็นหลักสูตรที่มีพื้นฐานวิชามาจากวิชา Ninjutsu หรือวิชาของนินจา มีเทคนิคหลักที่ใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันอยู่ 24 เทคนิค ง่ายต่อการฝึก แต่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงในการเอาตัวรอด ซึ่งเหมาะสำหรับผู้หญิง มี 3 ขั้นของการฝึก

Self-Defense 24 is a course that originated from Ninjutsu or the ninja training. There are 24 main techniques that are easy to perform and can be used in your daily life but is highly effective for an escape during an emergency situation thus making it very suitable for female practitioners. There are 3 levels of trainings.

หลักสูตรนี้ เป็นการฝึกฝนเทคนิคต่าง ๆ ในการป้องกันตัวอย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้พ้นจากอันตรายหรือลดอันตรายให้น้อยลงเมื่อยามต้องเผชิญกับสถานการณ์คับขัน ทั้งนี้เน้นการเตรียมความพร้อมของร่างกายและการใช้อวัยวะต่าง ๆ ในร่างกายเป็นอาวุธ ร่างกายและความแข็งแรงจะไม่เป็นตัวกำหนดทักษะการเอาตัวรอดอีกต่อไป

ลักษณะการสอน

- เทคนิคง่ายต่อการปฏิบัติแต่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงในการป้องกันตัว และเอาตัวรอด
- หลักสูตรนี้ไม่ได้เป็นการเรียนเพื่อการต่อสู้ แต่จะเน้นให้ผู้เรียน ใช้เทคนิคในการป้องกันตัวอย่างเต็มที่
- ฝึกให้ผู้เรียนมีความเชื่อมั่นในตัวเอง เอาชนะความกลัวเพื่อให้มีสติ และสามารถที่จะเอาตัวรอดในสถานการณ์คับขันได้
- เทคนิคต่าง ๆ ไม่รุนแรงหรือหักโหมจนเกิดการบาดเจ็บใด ๆ

ข้อแนะนำ

- ควรมีการเตรียมร่างกายให้พร้อมก่อนการเรียน
- ควรมีการฝึกฝนเทคนิคที่ได้เรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้เกิดความคล่องตัว

Self-Defense for Ladies

This course is a training of different techniques in self-defense in the most effective and effective ways in order to protect yourself from dangers or to reduce the dangers in which you may encounter during emergency situations.
This course focuses on the preparation and trainings of your body to allow you to use every parts of your body as weapons.
Your body strength and size will no longer restrict you from defending yourself any more.

- Build up a relatively sufficient physical fitness before attending the class.
- Practice frequently.
